Each RAM 115hp engine is built using select castings  they are hot tank cleaned, inspected and zyglowed for cracks.
    
    After the decks are milled, this is done for gasket sealing and compression height, a deck plate is added before machining the bores. This is  to simulate a head torqued to the block, which will cause an "out of roundness," to aid in ring sealing. We have found this to be mandatory on this engine.
    Rods are reconditioned and the crank is ground and the assembly is balanced.
    After a hot washing the block is then fitted with RAM lightweight forged pistons and a RAM camshaft and lifters.
    Next comes the heads. A great deal of time goes into our heads. Each head goes through the same testing as the block to start, then is heated and pressure tested. If the head is good then the machine work is done then the head is fully ported and flow tested on the intake and exhaust and fitted with bronze guides, stainless steel valves and hp springs and injector bosses. They are also milled for gasket seal and compression.
    Next the block is fitted with the heads and a custom intake, a swirl pot w\thermostat, new oil pump, water pump, direct fire ignition, custom aluminum sepentine pulleys, wiring harness and ec2, throttle body, spark plugs and wire.
    All engines are dyno tuned before delivery.
